Discovery is paid and fixed. After Discovery you get a fixed scope at a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything is built. We do not bill by the hour. Retainers are a flat monthly fee.

How long before something works?
Discovery runs three to five business days. Build work ships in two-week milestones, each ending in something you can open and test.

What happens if the automation gets something wrong?
It stops. Every workflow we build has a gate in front of anything that moves money, reaches a client, or commits your firm. A person approves before it continues, and the run is logged either way.

Do we have to take a retainer?
No. You can take the build, the documentation, and the keys. The Managed AI Partner retainer exists because automations drift when nobody watches them, but it is a separate decision made after handover.

Who actually does the work?
The founder, directly. ASJ is small and does not pretend otherwise. You talk to the person who scopes the work and writes it.
