Fit call
Fifteen minutes to see whether we are a match. No card, no commitment. If it fits, the next step is a paid Discovery.

ASJ IT Solutions OPC is a Philippine company based in Lucena City, working with firms across PH, APAC, EU and US hours. It is founder-led and small, and it does not pretend otherwise.
The founder is a security-trained engineer. The habits that come with that — decisions written down, a paper trail behind every change, deployments that are boring on purpose — are the same habits that keep a small firm out of trouble. We kept the parts that work and dropped the parts that only exist to satisfy an auditor.
You talk to the person who scopes the work and then writes it. There is no account manager between you and the engineer, and nothing gets lost in a handoff because there is no handoff. The person on the fit call is the person who can commit to a price.
It also means we take a limited number of new engagements each month. That is a real constraint, not a sales device. When we are full we will say so and tell you when we are not.
A model that is right ninety-five times in a hundred is genuinely useful and completely unsuitable for approving a payment run unsupervised. So we build the fifth case in from the start. Anything that moves money, reaches a client, or commits your firm waits for a person. The automation does the reading, the checking, the routing and the drafting, and then it stops.
Every run writes an audit line either way, including the runs that get stopped. If you are ever asked what happened on a particular file on a particular day, the answer is retrievable.
Registered and operating in the Philippines, with clients in APAC, Europe and the United States. Discovery and delivery run on written artefacts rather than meetings, which is what makes the time-zone spread workable.
Every engagement runs the same way, because a predictable process is what makes fixed pricing possible without cutting quality.
Fifteen minutes to see whether we are a match. No card, no commitment. If it fits, the next step is a paid Discovery.
You see the tradeoffs in plain language. What we would build, what we would buy, what we would defer. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before any code is written.
Each milestone has a defined deliverable, a target date and a price agreed before work starts. Change requests are scoped and priced separately, never absorbed quietly.
Architecture diagram, runbook, secrets inventory, known issues and recommended next steps. Written for the engineer who comes after us.
Take the keys and run it yourself, or move onto a Managed AI Partner retainer. Your call, made after you have seen the work.
